Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?
The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming offering complimentary drinks all day long. The hotel’s style and cleanliness were impressive making it a delightful base for exploring the city.
The breakfast lacked variety and quality ingredients which didn't meet my expectations. Noise from traffic at night occasionally interrupted my sleep.

The hotel offers various complimentary drinks that really
Enhanced our experience, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. while the room was modern, it lacked a bit of light, making it feel somewhat enclosed.

The room's modern design stood out, although it felt a bit cramped with little space beyond the essentials. The decor adds a stylish flair that's refreshing, especially in a place where you can come back after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is about a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, which could be a stretch if you’re looking to save your energy. It lacks basic bathroom amenities, offering only soap and shampoo, while the opaque bathroom doors are awkward—nobody wants a front-row seat to someone on the throne. Housekeeping seems hit or miss, as some rooms lacked fresh bedding when expected. the lift can barely fit one person and a suitcase. you'll need to strategize your luggage transport. Finally, the breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and a lack of quality ingredients.

Staying here with a group of friends was awesome! The hotel is stylish and elegant, making it a great base for exploring the National Theatre and Laterna Magica. The walking distance to the city center was convenient, and we had a delicious breakfast every morning with plenty of choices. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff was very helpful with tips for our adventures.
One downside was the lift situation—it was pretty cramped, making it a challenge to get our luggage to the second floor. We ended up using the stairs quite a bit.

Couples seeking a romantic escape
The moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty, even offering us a glass of prosecco that set the tone for our stay! The breakfast was something else, scrumptious choices including beans with scrambled eggs, and yes, prosecco at breakfast turned out to be a delightful surprise that made our special weekend even more memorable.
It was a bit pricey, but for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it was more than acceptable.

The room design was stunning with beautiful decor! I absolutely adored the complimentary drinks available at all times. The shower, though, was a bit too low for taller guests. 😅
